Trojans Girls Basketball Moves On To The Quarterfinals

The Pahrump Valley Trojans girls basketball team advanced to the quarterfinals after a thrilling victory over the Sports Leadership and Management (SLAM) Bulls. With Avery Moore's steal and pass to Paris Coleman, the Trojans were able to score their fourth two-pointer in less than two minutes. Despite a slow start in the first quarter, the Trojans were able to pull ahead and maintain their lead throughout the game.

Moore's aggressive play and ability to steal from the Bulls were key factors in the team's victory.

In the second quarter, Kailani Martinez tripped and hit her head, but was able to recover with the help of coach Robert Hopkins. This seemed to boost the team's morale, as they went on to score 27 points and take a commanding lead.
