
"It's definitely growing exponentially in Kentucky," Booker said. "I think in just the last ten years, you've definitely seen, just, the interest in it alone grow. You can see, by today, there's so many people out here to support UK." Booker's sentiment was echoed by many other fans in attendance, who were eager to cheer on their team and witness their success in a larger competition.

Gymnastics Celebrates Senior Class with New Program Record – UK Athletics
LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 6 Kentucky gymnastics (7-4, 4-3 SEC) fell to No. 5 Florida (11-1, 6-1 SEC) on Sunday afternoon in the final event of the Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center Women's Sports Takeover, 198.225-198.100.
Despite the loss to the Gators, Kentucky's 198.100 set a new overall score record for the program. The previous record, 197.950, was set earlier this season on Excite Night against Georgia. Also similar to the 2024 home opener, both Makenzie Wilson (vault) and Raena Worley (floor) earned perfect 10.0's from the judges.
10,069 members of Big Blue Nation filled Rupp Arena creating an electric atmosphere to close the homestand and celebrate UK's seven seniors – Teagan Garrison, Bailey Bunn, Carissa Clay, Hailey Davis, Isabella Magnelli, Arianna Patterson, and Raena Worley.
