Netflix has released new images of Lily Collins as Emily Cooper in Italy, where she stars in the upcoming fifth season of Emily in Paris. The show, which premiered in 2020, follows Emily's adventures as she navigates ___ in France. In the latest photos, Emily is seen enjoying the Italian scenery, posing on a boat in a stylish white-and-black polka-dot two-piece and matching sunglasses.
She is also pictured horseback riding alongside Marcello, played by Eugenio Franceschini, as they explore the countryside. The official synopsis for season 5 hints at a tumultuous journey for Emily, with a work idea backfiring and leading to heartbreak and career setbacks. However, Emily finds stability in her French ___style and emerges stronger, with deeper connections and a renewed sense of clarity.
The new season, set to premiere on December 18, features a talented ensemble cast, including Ashley Park... Lucas Bravo, and Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu. Creator Darren Star has clarified that while Emily will be working in Rome, "it is not a permanent move," "and the show will remain set in Paris.".. with some scenes filmed in Rome.
