Molly-Mae Hagues:Molly-Mae Hagues, a 34-year-old dancer and television personality, is one of the celebrities leading the pack of sun-seekers this January. Hagues credits dancing for keeping her fit, but also enjoys Pilates and yoga. "For me, it's the equivalent of taking myself to a spa," she said. "I'll put nice music on and feel so soothed. I have a Peloton treadmill at home, too, and I enjoy running on that, as the instructors are so fun. Exercise gives me a euphoric feeling."
Hagues recently had a gym installed at home, explaining, "I've got a squat rack, all my resistance bands, a bench, a rowing machine, a skipping rope – I'm really lucky, it's such a luxury not even having to think about leaving the house."
