*giggles* They were down by 15 points at halftime, but they didn't give up! *nods* They rallied behind their two sophomore stars, guards Avery Clark and Dalaney Horr, and pulled off an impressive victory! *cheers*

Horr scored all 12 of her points in the second half, including three 3-pointers! *jaws drop* And Clark produced 10 of her 14 points over the final 16 minutes! *heart eyes* They were so determined to win, they outscored Oxford Hills 20-2 in the third quarter! *fans self* And they started the fourth quarter with an 11-4 run to expand their lead to 10! *squeals*

But wait, it gets even better! *excitedly* Oxford Hills couldn't get any closer than seven until Gabbie Tibbetts' steal and jump shot closed out the scoring with 8.

'Bangor approves housing development after court-ordered revision

Construction of a contentious 60-unit housing development in Bangor will be allowed to resume after the city's planning board was forced to reconsider the project it incorrectly approved in 2022.

The housing development, which the Bangor planning board unanimously approved on Tuesday, will sit on about 12 acres between East Broadway, Essex Street, Lancaster Avenue and Interstate 95. It will hold 30 two-story duplexes, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

'Several Midwestern cities are going to be counted again like it's 2020

Four years after the last census, almost a dozen small communities in the Midwest are going to be counted again in hopes of getting a new grocery store or more state funding to build roads, fire stations and parks.

Eleven small cities in Illinois and Iowa are the only municipalities so far to have signed agreements with the U.S. Census Bureau for a second count of their residents in 2024, the first year the special censuses can be conducted, in a repeat of what happened during the 2020 census .
