Kent Cricket club appeals for more women volunteers - BBC News
On its website, the club said it needed extra female volunteers in all areas of the club, ranging from coaches to umpires and welfare officers.
The club added that there was a role to match anyone's available time, confidence levels and skill set.
Kent Cricket claimed many independent schools had now switched from playing rounders to cricket, introducing thousands of young girls to the sport.
