"There can be a real danger with people who have sort of originated as solo artists graduating into this full band incarnation," Pratt says. So when Pratt went into the studio to record "Here in the Pitch," she was calculated and purposeful about the role each instrument would play.

On an afternoon in late March, sitting at an Ethiopian restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Pratt walked us through the music that influenced Here in the Pitch . ⁘They're perennial tracks that I'll have in my head all the time or constantly return to,⁘ she says, tugging on some injera. ⁘Everything here is a part of that. I think there is a through line with all of these songs: a sense of longing and a sense of loss. That undercurrent of darkness coupled with the sort of poppier, sunshine top layer. During a work trip to Luxembourg, Bandemer was accused of objectifying Crabtree, who was in a swimsuit at the time, and demoting and dismissing her from her £124,000-a-year job in retaliation.

Crabtree successfully sued Bandemer for sexual harassment and was awarded £99,214 in compensation. An employment judge deemed Bandemer's behavior unacceptable and stated that Crabtree's ousting from the company was a result of her refusal to engage in inappropriate interactions with her boss.

Crabtree joined investment management company Integer Wealth Global as an executive director in April 2021, earning a six-figure salary. Initially, "her relationship with Bandemer was friendly with banter.".. but it soon evolved into inappropriate comments and unwanted attention ← →

Initially, the relationship between her and Mr Bandemer was "friendly with banter" but their "nuanced relationship" began to involve "inappropriate" comments.
